SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: Please allow 24 - 48 hours processing time per shipment before you calculate your chosen shipping method's time to deliver your products. Although we strive to ship your items the same day you order them, we cannot guarantee this will occur. We will send you an email when your package ships.

In Store Pick-Up: We do have an in-store pick-up option!! It's totally free and though the 24 - 48 hour processing time is still in effect, you will get an email when your package is ready to pick up. Currently we offer this service at our Ukiah, Ca. headquarters, but if you need to pick it up in Cloverdale, just call us and we can arrange to send your products down there for your convenience. You'll find this option during the regular check out process.

Oversized Shipments: Certain items require additional oversized shipping charges to the pre-calculated shipping rates determined at check out. These costs, though infrequent, will be applied after your order has been placed and through personal notification by one of our qualified customer care representatives.

Delivery time to Alaska and Hawaii: We normally ship our packages to these destinations via USPS Priority mail which is 7 to 10 business days. We also offer UPS expedited shipping methods. However, these options will normally take a day or two longer than the name implies. For orders shipping to HI and AK shipping rates may vary and you will be contacted by one of our qualified customer care representatives, Monday – Friday between 9 and 5 PST, to provide a shipping quote for approval.

International Orders: At this time, we cannot ship to international addresses outside of the US.

Recycled Packaging: In an effort to lessen our impact upon the planet, we reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our warehouse and use new boxes and mailing envelopes made of up to 100% recycled material. We use clean waste paper collected from local sources and 100% natural, corn-based, biodegradable "peanuts" to help protect your order during shipping.

Multiple Ship-to's: For multiple shipping addresses, a separate shipping and handling charge will be assessed based on the product total to each address.

Shipping & Rates: Hydropacific.com ships to addresses in the 50 States. Shipments within the 48 contiguous states, AK, and HI may be shipped by a variety of carriers, and shipping rates will vary. U.S. Mail and UPS are our primary shippers but Hydropacific.com may use alternate ground shipping methods for oversized items. You will be notified if this is the case and additional charges are required. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes will ship via U.S. Mail.

Please allow 7-10 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) for USPS Mail Parcel Post and Ground delivery.
